Signage could be more helpful along with a map of the trails. There was live music at the pool and it was awfully loud. Staff was exceptional.

Lotte Resort Jeju Artvillas
Property was okay, seemed very worn down in certain areas. In short, great concept, poorly designed/executed and mediocrely managed. Maybe other type of rooms could have improved the overall experience.
