Nice, new hotel close to Manseong-ri beach
Pros: - Everything was nice and new, since the hotel was built in 2016 - The pool was clean and heated, so our children loved swimming even in late September - Manseong-ri beach was just a short walk away - There was a great kitchen and dining table on the balcony - The hotel staff was very nice, getting us taxis and recommending restaurants - Great views of the ocean from the room Room for improvement: - The beds are very firm - They only have small towels (hand-towel size), so you might need to bring larger towels for the pool

내부 시설이나 청결함과 직원분들 사징님의 친절함 모두 좋았어요, 아쉬운점이 있다면 욕실 실내화 청결 과 실내에 착용할수 있는 실내화가 있었으면 좋았겠어요.바다가 가까이 있어서 수영하기도 너무 좋았습니다.연휴 휴식을 편안히 잘 쉬었습니다.다음에도 방문 할께요~~

차량이 없으면 주변 이동이 조금 힘이듭니다. 해수욕장이 걸어서 10분거리에 있지만 주차는 힘든상황입니다. 바다물이 부유물이 많이 내려와서 지져분합니다. 숙소 각실 전망인 훌륭합니다.

방도 깔끔하고 따뜻했고 주차공간도 넉넉했으며 위치도 바다전망이라서 좋았습니다. 새해 맞이하여 아침에 일출도 보였으며 온수풀이 가능한걸 알았다면 미리 준비해서 갔을텐데 홈페이지랑 조금 달라서 아쉽네요.(홈페이지에는 온수팔 불가능이라고 되어있는데..하고있었음) 다음에 또 갈 예정이며 온수풀, 배드민턴, 낚시, 탁구까지 리조트안에서 모든걸 해결할 예정입니다.

펜션의 전 객실이 오션뷰라 너무 좋고, 수영장이 매일 청소를 통해 매우 깨끗한 수질과 적정한 수온으로 아이들을 데리고 놀기 너무 좋았습니다. 또한 객실 내부도 아주 깨끗한 상태로 가족들과 숙박하기 너무 좋았습니다.

숙소는 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 25개월 아기가 있어서 더블룸 사용했고 침대밀어서 붙여잤어요. 침대가 가벼워서 붙이는게 어렵진 않았구요. 그런데 매트리스가 너무딱딱해서 바닥에서 자는 느낌이네요. 숙소가 레일바이크 근처인데 주말에는 레일바이크 이용객때문에 근처에 차가 막혀요. 온수풀도 어른놀기엔 괜찮지만 많이 따뜻하진 않아요. 그래도 직원들 친절하시고 깨끗하고 가격도 저렴해서 만족합니다

아이들을 데리고 수영장 사용을 위해 결정한 곳인데 수영장을 토일밖에 운영 한다고해서 아이들을 크게 실망시켯음. 확실한 공지가 필요하다 생각듦.

수영할수없어요 추워요
물이 너무 미지근해서 겨울수영은 생각할수 없어요. 숙박시설은 비교적 깨끗했지만 겨울수영을 위해 선택했는데 실망했어요 ㅠㅠ 데스크에서도 애매하게만 대답하시고... 절대수영할수없어요

가족단위로 올경우 매우 만족도가 높을 거 같아요~ 근데....근처에 마트나 편의점이 없어서 좀 아쉬워요 ㅠㅠ 그리고 위치가 생각보다 좋아서 아쿠아리움, 엑스포, 미남크루즈 등을 이용시 차로 십분이면 도착해서 좋아요 ㅎㅎ

만족
깨끗하고 친절하셨습니다 식기구 및 전자렌지도 있어 충분했구요, 단점은 주변에 식재료를 살곳이 아예없다는것.. 차타고 5~10분 나가야 작은 식자재마트한개있어요. 그렇지만 큰 단점은 아닙니다 :) 조용하고 한적해서 좋았어요

청결하고 친절
신축이니 청결하고 조금 작지만 가족이 즐기기에 충분한 수영장도 좋다. 다만, 딱딱한 침대는 불편하다.

깔끔하고 좋음.
시설이 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 네비상 안내 위치가 조금 애매해서 들어가는 입구 찾기가 조금 힘들고, 근처에 편의점을 가기가 힘들어서, 숙소 들어가기전 필요한 물품을 사가는 것이 좋습니다.

라테라스스랑은 급이다르더군요
여수 온수풀찾다가 작년에 라테라스 갔었던지라 여기로했는데 제가 착각을한건지...비슷도안되구...급이 완전다릅니다. 모텔과 호텔차이정도 ㅋㅋㅋ 그래서 수영장엔 아예 안들어갔어요... 프론트에게신 사모님?? 그분은 매우 친절하십니다. 방은 일반 모텔수준이지만 깨끗한 편입니다.

위치는 한적하고 전망은 바다조망이 좋았습니다^^ 수영장도 있어 따뜻한날 오면 좋을듯합니다. 다만 침대가 너무 딱딱해서 잠자리가 많이 불편했습니다ㅜㅜ 매트리스 개선은 필요해 보이네요~~~

모든게 완벽
어머니랑 해돋이도 볼겸 12/31 날 투숙했는데 따뜻한 온수풀과 함께 바로보이는 바다, 그리고 방안에서 해돋이 봤습니다 ㅎㅎㅎ 모든게 좋았던 리조트! 다음에 또 투숙할 예정입니다. 다만 샤워기 따뜻한 물과 뜨거운물이 반복적으로 나오는 것 같습니다 하지만 모든게 완벽 ㅎㅎ

레이바이크타는 곳과 바로 붙어있어 레일바이크를 이용하려는 사람은 좋을 듯 싶습니다만, 거기
레일바이크 타는곳과 가까워서 레일바이크를 타려는분은 좋겠습니다만, 대형버스와 수 많은 사람들이 왔다갔다해서 리조트 입구에서 차로 빠져나오는데 애좀 먹었습니다. 또, 기본인원에 추가인원을 비용을 내고 묵었는데 그럼 수저나 그릇세트도 더 챙겨주시지 이불만 주셔서 수저세트와 그릇이 모자랐네요~ 하지만 깨끗한 시설과 온수수영장 그리고 더 없이 좋은 오션뷰로 80%이상 만족하였습니다~ 수영장을 이용하실 분들은 일찍 오셔서 체크인을 하시고 즐기시면 좋을 것 같습니다^^

Overall, not recommended.
I reached to late night 22:00, a staff looks like a Owner, she always stick to cell phone, so I even hard to greet to her. Utmost, expensive, extremely high cancel fee, poor amenity. The ocean view is exist, but not to east, i can see only supertanker on ocean with mist. Not recommend.
