The food options are also quite good, which makes it a convenient choice for travelers. The only downside is the shuttle service from Terminal 2, which stops running around 8:00 PM. Meanwhile, buses for the Grand Hyatt Incheon continue operating later into the evening. Since both hotels are connected through an internal passage, it would be very helpful if guests of Hyatt Regency Incheon were also allowed to use the Grand Hyatt shuttle service. This small improvement would significantly enhance the overall experience."
