"We had an early morning flight out of Incheon so I decided to use up some Expedia credits for this hotel. That was my mistake, let me say that again, my mistake. I’m a Hyatt Globalist and didn’t realize that I would not get any of the usual benefits if I booked through Expedia. When. I found out this new information I tried to cancel but the rate I booked was non refundable so now I was stuck. The hotel is nice but a bit dated. The best things about the hotel was the quick shuttle bus ride to Terminal 1 and the Balmain toiletries, smells great!"
