"This hotel is a real gem. There are only a handful of rooms, so snap one up if you can. Incredibly clean and spacious. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed in."
"This spot is such a gem. Absolute delight to stay here. Hotel staff was kind, helpful, and communicative. Beautifully designed space and a warm atmosphere. Well located from the train station - not too close, not too far. All in all, you could just tell they cared and wanted to provide a hospitable experience. "
"Simple hotel walking distance to the train station.
Super clean and the family that owns lives there too.
Each room is decorated differently.
Their main target is local Taiwan travellers, but we were able to communicate anyway.

"The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. I appreciated the more laid back location with easy access to the Hualien Indigenous Center and park on the opposite side of the road."
"It’s a gem within the hustle & bustle. It’s a townhouse building within the residential area for more authentic local experience. 8mins walk to the main train station and 5mins walk to the Main Street - ZhongShan Street, 2km straight road full of eateries. The host was very nice and friendly, room was spacious enough and clean. Was a pleasant 4days stay for us. Highly recommended."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very welcoming and, even though there was a bit of a language barrier, they always did their best to accommodate our needs. The property itself was well kept and spotless — our room was tidy, fresh, and exceptionally clean. We especially loved having a balcony overlooking the mountains, which made the stay feel extra special.
The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff was kind and helpful throughout our visit.
One thing to note is that the hotel is about a 45–60 minute walk from the train station. If you’re traveling with luggage, it’s definitely best to take a taxi, which costs around 200 NTD.
Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

"I did a ton of research before deciding on Hotel Plus and I am so glad I chose this spot. It's clean, comfortable, spacious, close to amenities, service was amazing, breakfast was really good. Everything about this place was on point. Would book here again."
"Very nice hotel for lower budget.
Smaller room but has everything needed.
Front desk is very friendly and food voucher for breakfast offers lots of choices"
