"Un accueil parfait et souriant, notre bus est arrivé très très en avance et malgré cela nous avons été accueilli comme des rois avec le petit déjeuner offert ainsi qu’un thé pour nous réchauffer. They had to take picture (with their phone) of files in my phone. They had rooms available so they asked that I pay upfront. I insisted that they check with whomever responsible. "When the bus first dropped us off at the end of the alleyway, we weren’t quite sure where we were staying, but once we arrived we were very pleasantly surprised. For the hotel’s rating, it was very well located central, convenient, and easy to get around from. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay, and they did our laundry for a very fair price, which was a huge plus while traveling with kids. We rented bikes from a small shop nearby (we needed bikes with child seats on the back), and being able to bike around was fantastic & highly recommended. Breakfast was also good and a nice way to start the day. Overall, a good stay and we would recommend. "

"Very helpful staff, amazing rooms, clean facilities, and an extremely delicious breakfast! The hotel is a little off the beaten path, but that's what makes it so charming. New facility, so everything is spotless, clean, and new. The gardens were beautiful, and the free bike rentals were clutch. It was great biking to near by restaurants, and sights. Couldn't have been more pleased with the property overall. Travelers, head into Tam Coc for food. It was amazing! "
