Beautiful clean property with lovely views. The breakfast, spa and swimming pool amenities were good. Free shuttle to the city cwntre and back was very convenient. Room servifce options available. Two restaurants on property which we did not have time to try

I stayed at two different hotels in the Old Quarter, and I prefer this one. The hotel is located near Hoan Kiem Lake, making it very convenient for exploring the walking areas. Despite being in such a central location, I sleep well here and don't hear any traffic noise—which is especially important when staying in the Old Quarter. The breakfast is good. I particularly enjoy the sweet rice, fresh fruit, and Vietnamese yogurt, which isn't too sweet. They also serve pho, which is a nice touch.

The breakfast was outstanding. In a country noted for the hotel breakfasts this was one of the best. The room was lovely; immaculately clean with a lovely bathroom. TV and lighting so easy to use. Staff very helpful, warm and went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable.
