"Room was damp. The bedsheets felt damp the towels felt damp. There was a birthday party at the hotel Saturday night with pounding music going on for several hours. We will never stay at this hotel again. We told front desk about our problems with our room with no help from anyone."

My only complaint was we couldn't get get the usual network channels on our TV. We called and the desk clerk came to our room but he didn't know how to get anything but TuBi. "I stayed this hotel every other weekend for my nursing clinical at hospital last weekend there’s no towel in rack. I didn’t bother to ask. But i told the front desk guy Sunday morning before I checked out about the towels. I called them because they charged me extra $50 in my bills. Called them about and i found out they charged me for the towels that I haven’t have. They should hold accountable that they didn’t put any towels in there. They said manager gonna call me still waiting. Screwed up everything now I don’t think Im going to stay in that place again. It makes me think that they done this to others before. I am not staying in the place again. That’s really aggravating me because thinking about charging a towel that i never have in that room."

"The place is right in the middle of town and easily accessible. When we walked into the room, there was a wet carpet smell from it not being dried all the way and the room being closed up. The air was not running, which made the room hot and stuffy. It took several hours to get the temperature down in the room so that we could go to sleep. Overall, it wasn't a bad place for the price that we paid. It was a good place for a one night stay."

"This property was perfect for our needs. I is clean & well-maintained. We were super-happy that there are guest laundry machines available. Travelers should pay attention that there is no elevator and stairs are required if you are on the 2nd level. The lady attending the breakfast & dining area was on the ball! It was immaculate. This is a well-managed property and we will be back."
