"The hotel, by Toronto standards, would be just average, but for Yellowknife it's one of the best hotels around. Super friendly staff. Room was clean and bed comfortable.conveniently located within walking distance of anything you might want to see in the city. Frame Lake trail is a short walk from the hotel entrance. Great 5.5 km hike around the lake."

"The rooms seem to have been renovated relatively recently. New wall paper, carpet in good condition, new vanity and lights in bathroom, clean shower. Hallway carpet isn't new though. Portable AC in the room is appreciated, but noisy so turn it on when you're away so that when you return you can turn it off at a comfortable temperature. Some of the furniture is a bit old but it works fine. The tv is small by today standards but cable channels are clear and plentiful. Parking in front is limited to maybe 20 cars, but there is street parking close by. The Keurig coffee maker in the rooms makes horrible coffee."

"Jenny's is a small room with a shared bathroom located in a clean house adjacent to the city-centre of Yellowknife (walking distance). Clean room and no complaints. Host stayed up late to wait for me as my flight was delayed at arrival. Can recommend this room without hesitation. "
