"Our smart tv did not work so the guy came over but could not really fix it so went back to his office and brought back a new component to help but even then we could not see local channels and tv kept pixelating. We watched YouTube the night we were there as couldn’t watch local channels. Also the tap in sink in bathroom felt like it was going to come apart so we were very careful turning it on and off each time."

"The lake view room was actually sooo much better than the photos on the website. It was a fabulous way to end a camping roadtrip that consisted of wind, rain and cold - felt very luxurious. The restaurant/bar area was amazing with a blazing fire and wrap around glass windows for the view. And don’t forget happy hour Mojitos 😊 One night was most certainly NOT enough"

"A couple of minor things our room wasn't cleaned although clean towels were left. Admittedly the lady attempted to clean the room but we weren't quite ready . We were only there two nights so we were ok. The toaster was faulty."

"What a delightful place to stay for 3 nights! A bonus was an upgrade to a Chalet. Friendly, helpful staff; nice kitchenette to prepare meals in; great location and views of visiting Roos outside; and great in-sight restaurant. "

"Surrounded by a National Park with privacy plus. The only thing we couldn't seem to access was the internet connection from the main house and tried multiple times at that spot... but wouldn't accept the password we were given. But didn't worry too much as we had our music and boom box, plus was able to work out accessing the DVD's on TV. It truly brought us back to our times before we even had phones, and was able to catch up on our sleep and recharge ourselves in the magnificent grounds and cottage for the weekend. Thank you!!!
