"This hotel is located in city center of Rize, walking to all the city facilities and transportation station, clean bed , pillows, toilet and room is spacious, staff are so friendly and cooperative, you will feel home immediately. "

"Otelin fotoğraflarına aldanarak gittik. Havuz çok pisti dibinde yosunlar vardı.Havuza inen merdivenler de çok pisti. Biz 311 numaralı odada kaldık. Odada minibar, saç kurutma makinesi, el havlusu ayak havlusu yoktu. 2 adet banyo havlusu koymuşlar ama çok eskiydi ikisi de. Klima vardı , çalışıyordu. Sıcak suyu vardı.
