"I stayed at four hotels during my trip, and this one ruined my experience. Despite paying through Expedia, the hotel receptionist charged me again on-site, and I never got my money back. The food options were very limited, which was especially inconvenient given the remote mountain location. "We checked in pretty late, but managed to be in our room quickly. We parked our bicycles in fron under an umbrella. The room was clean, you could hear some noise from nextdoor but it quiet down after 11pm. The guy at the reception was very nice, helped us with our bags"

"Stunning building, friendly staff. Great room with private balcony with view of the mountains. The bathroom room was spacious and the shower was hot and powerful. The breakfast was extensive and had lovely different options. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Otelin sahibi araptı ve çok kabaydı çalışanlar çok iyi yardım sever ama otel sahibi için aynı şeyi söyleyemicem. Aracımızı otelin önüne park etmek istedik meğerse girişi kapatmışız ama bunu bize söylerken öyle kaba ve sert söylediki. Otelde hiç bir imkan ve konfor yok sadece yatacak yatak var ona göre gidin pardon iki su ve birde su ısıtıcı vardı.. birde şunu belirtmek istiyorum arap müşterilerle ilgilenirken bize ne kadar sert davrandı ise onlara tam tersi aşırı ilgiliydi. Yazık canım...
