Room 4125 has some overhead noise issues. People are very nice in the club lounge on 39th floor. Knowing spanish will help in communicating efficiently with the staff.

The staff is very nice. Hotel is very clean, room was clean as well. Very close to everything. Family friendly 100%. My kids loved them, we will definitely come back. The pool is great! I recommend it. I would add brighter lights to the room and bathroom.
