Limited amenities. No hot water. It took almost 2 hours to check, my room wasn't ready eventhough I was checking in after their check in start time. They refuse to give me 2 keys I had to pay extra if I want a second key Rooms are very old. Overall I don't recomend this Hotel.

Bueno
En general bien calidad-precio albercas muy limpias , la cama no era cómoda son duros los colchones ,no hay wifi en cuarto pero si vas a descansar no importa, la comida buena , personal muy amable check in y check out rapidísimo, volveré sin duda área de toboganes en mantenimiento

The hotel room was nice. The water pressure in the shower was non-existent. It took 10 minutes to get the shower to the correct temperature. We could hear the people in the room next to ours.

This was a clear bait and switch. The room was simply disgusting, but because we were without another place to stay, we were talked into an upgrade. The upgrade (now up to 100.00 USD) had a sewer smell, a toilet that needed to be flushed 3-6 x, baby roaches crawled onto the (upgraded) room. Some of the staff is very friendly, the outside is lovely. My husband left with sever food poisoning. We expect more from Expedia. We will stay at the Hacienda hotel the next time.

Wish it was a better experience.
Beds were very hard to sleep on, bathroom had a very foul odor. Pools were really dirty and not pleasant to swim in. “We avoided” food was ok... I would suggest checking out the best by “Mercado” for food.

Cuernavaca is very beautiful
Very nice location in the middle of the small town of Oxatepec. I would defiantly go back if the drive wasn’t so far from the nearest Airport is in DF. Which is about a 2.5 hour drive through some very curvy roads and dangerous cliffs. Not for the faint of heart.

Weekend at Club Dorado´s
The hotel in comfortable and nice. It could be better by having internet connection in the rooms and improving the check out.

Nice Hotel away from all the noise.
We had a great time, swimming pools were great, restaurant staff very polite, bars great, room service excellent.

Muy descuidada y vieja para el costo que se cobra, no garantizan seguridad de tu vehiculos y no hay un orden en el uso de las amenidades, asi mismo el desorden genera riñas dentro de las areas comunes del hotel y pone en riesgo a la propia familia que va de manera de descanso y diversion

Desactivaron la tarjeta del cuarto a las 2am porque no realizaron el cobro al llegar a hacer el check-in. Nos obligaron a ser escoltados por seguridad a la habitación para poder tomar una tarjeta y realizar el pago, sin el más mínimo tacto.

No me presente y deje perder mi reservación pagada por que nunca no me atendieron para reservar un evento de cena de año nuevo que harán ahí , me contestaban y me dejaban en línea y me colgaban en 3 ocasiones fue lo mismo y no quise arriesgarme y llegar al hotel y que no hubiera lugar para la cena

La propiedad como tal es buena, las instalaciones son bonitas, solo que en algunas hay plaga, lo malo es el personal, prepotente y sobre todo te tratan como si les estuvieras pidiendo prestado o pidiendo favores, ejemplo de ello es que al pedir servicio a habitación jamás lo llevan o atienden a pesar de que se aceptan los cargos extras, cuando íbamos al restaurante los encargados de pagos, bar y meseros nos hacían caras o nos hablaban muy déspotas cuando solocitabamos algo, en bar a pesar de haber comprado botellas allí nos ponían peros para darnos hielo. La atención del personal fue lo que nos decepcionó y sinceramente lo que mi esposo me había contado que era la estancia en el club, le quedó grande a lo que vivimos en estos 4 días, tal que preferimos irnos antes de la hora de salida.

Los colchones en muy mal estado, la limpieza en el baño mal ,olía mucho a coladera ,aunque por fuera pintaron los edificios ,las condiciones de los colchones y almohadas ya muy deteriorado
