The breakfast buffet is huge, offering a wide variety of options. But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming and accommodating. When our son was injured at the pool, they went above and beyond to ensure he received the care he needed. They arranged a driver and had a hotel manager accompany us to the emergency room. Another manager met us there and stayed the entire time, helping with translation and making sure our son received the best possible care. On the way back to the hotel, many roads were closed due to the holiday, but the manager with us worked with the authorities to get us back quickly and safely. Their support during such a stressful time meant the world to us—it was far beyond what we ever expected. We’re incredibly grateful and will never forget their kindness."
