The towels for the shower were extremely small, the bathroom was very small, the room was very hot and could not control the floor heating, the tv didn’t work, we needed to put used towels on the floor outside the door then ask for more, we needed to manage our own rubbish instead of having the room serviced. "The location is lovely and so are the staff. The room was nice and cozy but efficient. However the walls are very thin and the noise curfew was not enforced at all—people were up until 3:30 am partying in public areas—making it difficult to fall asleep. The rooms could also use better locks to ensure they can be locked from inside. Overall, a great place if you want to be near Busan but not in the city. Just needs more in terms of the noise curfew enforcement. "

"From check-in to checkout every detail was perfect & the customer service was excellent. We had a partial oceanview room that was an upgrade at check-in & was such a nice addition. The location is close to the market & other recommended hot spots. We will definitely come back again. "
