"The hotel was fantastic! Clean and comfortable beds and the indoor pool and hot tub great for the kids! Asia at the front desk really was excellent too! We will definitely be back !"

"This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had and I travel quite a bit. The rooms were small and hot, the AC did not work. The man at the front desk was in a hoodie, sweat pants, and basketball slide sandals, was flirting with me and was overall unprofessional. There isn’t enough parking, no parking on the side of the building at all and we had to park across the street at another hotel. The breakfast was a disaster and the lady “refilling” the items would put out 6 Eggo waffles and 10 strips of bacon at a time when the hotel was fully booked. Nothing was restocked as far as bowls, plates, cups, lids, milk, juice, cereal, etc. it was a mess. We left without eating the free breakfast due to lack of food. This place is a mess and needs to get it together because this stay was unacceptable. If I could have gotten a refund I would have immediately left and stayed elsewhere. Never again will I be back. "

"In short, I would never stay there again! I checked in and was greeted by an apathetic and uncaring staff. One of the elevators wasn’t working, and I had to walk significantly farther to the next elevator. I walked into a room that was completely undone and a little shocking. The bed was stripped with sheets in the floor, the TV was blaring and there was a huge bag of trash right at the door. But wait, it gets better. I got a baseline apology at the front desk and was given another room. I was awakened early morning to two dogs barking, women cursing at each other and eventually 2 whole families fighting with the police ultimately arriving to resolve the dust up. It seems as if this location is an extended stay for displaced families. And while families in transition absolutely deserve a safe place to stay, I should not have to pay for a nightmarish experience."

"Rooms are OK but they could be a little cleaner floor was dirty but on my feet completely dirt from walking on it. Also, breakfast is very limited. Only good thing it’s near the airport Good for just for one night stay"
