"Clean room, good food and helpful staff"

"I had a wonderful time at Svenska Kakinada. The rooftop infinity pool was a highlight, and I loved having so many options at the Global Buffet. The staff were warm and helpful, and the gaming zone gave us plenty to do together. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel’s peaceful atmosphere made the stay relaxing. I’d gladly visit again."

"Water kettle does not work. On request, they replaced after few hours. There was no hot water in the shower and after repeated requests, they fixed it. Room service was very bad. Food was very bad and they blamed it on festival rush. "
