The hotel restaurant is one of the best serving famous local beef and hotel guests have a decent discount. Highly recommended for visiting Yamagata."

But the heater is so hot, unable to switch off. The breakfast buffet start at 0630am, the guest unable to take the first bus to the Zao onsen."

"Every detail was considered for the ultimate relaxing stay. The meals were great, the lobby always had refreshments and the massaging chair in the room was perfect. The main draw to staying here was the hot springs. I was relieved that my tattoo was not an issue in the baths. I would love to come back and stay longer next time!"
