"Booked 4 nights stay and since it was non refundable paid for it when booked. Upon my arrival they asked me to make a payment, I showed them my receipt of the payment and emailed it to them. When I checked in the room the comforter looked dirty and hair dryer wasn’t working. They promised me to replace with clean one and fix the dryer.
