"Big room. No microwave which is a downer coz there's certainly space for it. The water they have in the room is not complimentary. Beware. You’ll get charge if you drink it without reading."
"Pros - Decent room for the price, clean and neat bed, working AC and nice staff.
Cons - Missing spoon, dirty cups, missing tea towel and washing up sponge, (had to request from reception). Found a dirty pair of underwear in the kitchen cupboards when searching for a tea towel. Informed staff, they told me I should have seen the state or the room before! Hair in the shower, on the toilet, on the table. Body fluids on the toilet wall. Mould in the bathroom basin. Bad and strong ozone smell in the room on check in which required airing for a good while. Rubbish and smashed glass at room entryway. Dubious neighbour with associated activities in the next room. Loud police presence day and night in the area.
Unsafe feel to the neighbourhood. Regret booking here with a child. Not relaxing especially with a $250 cleaning/damage bond pending."
"We were in town for an event and had to stay for a minimum of two nights due to it being Easter weekend as did the other guests at $220 per night which is alot considering it is a basic motel room.
There was a large family that had also booked in and we were very disappointed when one group out of this family was asked to leave because their kids had their cousins over for a swim who weren't staying at the hotel. The kids were well behaved, having fun and not causing any trouble, nor were the family, they even called the police who attended and escorted the calm family off the property. It was an extreme over reaction in our opinion and we did wonder if it were because the family were of a different culture to the people running the resort. "
"The kitchen was ok. Frying pan hopeless. No real sharp knife. No salt and pepper satchets.
No bedside lamps and no power point in mezzanine bedroom. Trying to get suitcase up the spiral staircase hopeless. Couches are so uncomfortable. Considering room for 6, 9nly couch seating for 4."
"Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Beautiful, spacious apartment. Our 2 bedroom apartment had a wraparound balcony with great views in all directions.
Plenty of parking.
Lots of bars and restaurants nearby ( but 20 min walk for nearest groceries)"
"Everything was great however the cleanliness of the room and bathroom were not up to standard. There were hand prints all up the walls and the shower had brown stuff all over the door and seals etc and looked like it had not been cleaned"
