We enjoyed our stay at Marwa. We arrived very early and hadn’t arranged early check in but the reception staff kindly provided a complimentary breakfast and our room was available by 1130am.
The room was comfortable and had good facilities and a great view over the city.
Breakfast included a great variety of food choices. The spa is small but being able to book an hour is great, book early to avoid disappointment.
Only grumble was the pillows, you only get one small pillow each and when we requested another one we were told “yes if we can find them” but nothing came so didn’t sleep very well.

Outstanding Hospitality and Exceptional Front Desk Team!
My stay at Rauza Hotel was wonderful, largely thanks to the exceptional reception staff. They are incredibly well-trained and truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Their professional attitude, paired with genuine politeness and clear communication, made a lasting impression.
I especially want to extend a warm thank you to Shohjahon and Salohiddin at the front office desk, their outstanding service and attentiveness directly convinced me to prolong my stay and book an extra night. Highly recommend
