" Every thing about this hotel is of a very good standard ,it’s very peaceful,excellent location ,great pools ,food and staff are excellent,the rooms are spotless,beds and linen are high quality ,shower is superb ,and also the high pressure toilets ! This was our second stay in this hotel and we cannot recommend it enough ,it’s registered as a 5 star ,which it’s not quite,however for all it has going for it I’d recommend it for all but the most fussy of clients ! Overall great friendly hotel with excellent staff that actually care about their clients and their well being ,you can’t go wrong with this one ,absolutely spotless,thanks dream we shall return ! "Staff were lovely and helpful. Room clean although a few mozzies. Air con not on in winter so it was far too hot so bought a fan from Ale hop. "

"We spent four nights at the Princesa Yaiza and really enjoyed it. The hotel is a bit old-style, but it’s very well maintained with gorgeous tropical gardens. The salty pool is the best, and the hotel sits right in front of a great sandy beach, which is perfect for swimming and walks. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the location couldn’t be better. Just note there are mosquitoes in the evenings because of the lush gardens, so bring repellent. Overall, a charming, well-kept hotel in an unbeatable spot."

"Overall a clean, friendly and calm hotel. Plenty of amenities, such as an on site spa, gym, shops, hairdressers and organised activities throughout the day. 3 pools and jacuzzis. The all inclusive was brilliant with a variety of food and drink available. The Mexican restaurant was outstanding but did require prebooking which was hard to get! The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily."
