I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room. The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none. Fantastic hotel and service. Visiting with our daughter this time, the staff went out of their way to help us. The facilities were great. Only negative was the policy that you can’t take drinks up to your room. With a baby going down early, we were cheap all inclusive guests but would have loved to pop down to the bar and bring a drink back for the evening.

I booked this hotel, after reading the reviews on Expedia!. This place truly is a gem - for sure, this is a palace - the hotel expands over a very large area on Playa Blanca, Lanzarote!. Staff are very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. When booking, you have various options on the kind of stay you would like - if you prefer not to venture out, and stay at this 'palace' for your holiday, then All Inclusive (with extra Privilege) option is the one I would recommended (Which I purchased). The 'Privilege' option provides personnel service on breakfast/lunch and dinner, across a number of different themed restaurants...dependent on the number of days you stay, also will include access to the spa area (and what a lovely spa H10 has!). Would I come back - for sure - I stayed in Dec 2025, and the daylight hours, similar ish to UK, H10 is blessed, in that the sun will stay across the sea/ocean(there is no real beach) front, during the month of Dec, and also the sun sets to the side of the hotel, around 6 pm (same time zone as UK) - well worth a watch, when you are situated in this hotels Piano bar (main bar) area, which is at least 3 floors up.

The hotel was very beautiful. Worth to update to the superior room. We had the most amazing view. The only criticism is that during meals, lunch and dinner, the drinks take a bit too long to come. Sometimes you wait for the entirety of your meal. Everything else was perfect.

Lovely hotel with a variety of activities taking place during both the day and evening. Food of a reasonable standard, it was definitely worth paying extra to go privilege for access to the additional restaurants and bar

Very comfortable stay. Very busy hotel and considering outside children holidays, very difficult to get a Sunbed past 9am as all reserved.

Foyer is beautiful and it smells gorgeous. Reception Staff are so pleasant and helpful. Bar service can be very slow but waiters are very pleasant. Maybe need more staff behind the bar. Simone particularly was very kind and extremely helpful.

Felt like luxury

Loved the hotel , apart from a queue to check in everything was wonderful. Good white sandy beach 10 minutes walk away . Only 5 euros in a taxi to Playa Blanca shops, nightlife and another sandy beach .

A Good Stay

A nice hotel. The room was bright, clean, a good size and had it's own balcony. Bottled water was supplied daily. Buffet breakfast was good in variety. All hotel areas were clean. Staff was friendly. Would recommend.

Blown away. Great place.

I am no a professinal reviewer of hotel, but they must have thought I was... That's the only reason i can think of why they pulled out *all* the stops to make me feel valued and welcome like they did. Wonderful room, wonderful service, really good food - especially the cheese spread, and extra especially the "semi cured flower cheese", which i guess is the canarian version of appfenzeller? Either way, great place, would definitively come back. Also technically not the hotel, but the dive centre on the grounds were excellent as well.

We have stayed at a H10 hotel before and really liked so it was a no brainer. This hotel kept up the excellent experience and did not disappoint at all - it was a super nice, comfortable, chilled, always with good service/friendly staff. Depending on your point of view it's a little out of the way but there was local transport. We did not use as we hired a car.

The hotel welcome was a lovely touch with complimentary access to some of the amenities which was nice. The sea front location and hotel grounds were amazing with enough pools and sun loungers which was good and avoided the rush of people running to reserve them like to see in other hotels, plenty activities to do around the hotel. All in all, had a really good holiday, the only point which need improving is on the food, although good a varied with plenty options, it was not always seasoned and got repetitive.

Guest services were very good

Nice hotel in a quiet location. Good 4* hotel, not sure it is a 5* as per the listing. The arrival and check in wasn't great but when I pointed this out to the Guest Services they were very very good at recovering the situation. Other than that the stay was what you would expect from a good quality hotel chain. The restaurants were very good but beware, the pool isn't heated so a bit chilly in December

Great Family Spot

Amazing family stay. Entertainment for kids and adults was on throughout the day and night. Staff were friendly. Food options included plenty of variety. Lots of different pools, only point would be to request that an additional pool is heated during winter months as the bigger ones weren’t used a much. Spa was lovely, games rooms kept the children busy. Room was as you’d expect, a little extra wardrobe space would be good. Quiet spot location wise, roughly 30 min walk (enjoyable along the coastal path) to the sandy beach and shops at a slowish pace. Would highly recommend as a Christmas / New Years break
