"立地は、街のど真ん中と言える場所にあるので、ショッピングに・食事に・観光に・空港バスなど、非常に便利である。建物自身の古さは否めないが、頑張って綺麗にしていると感じる。昔の名残りだろうか、地下には大浴場もある。コインランドリーも3Fと5Fに設置されていた。駐車場も5台程度(?)はエントランス横に駐車可能。(多分、無償?) 部屋のエアコンの影響だと思うが、カビ臭い点は改善して欲しい。空港への無料送迎があったり、スタッフの方も気持ちの良い接客をされるので、コスパは◯だと思われる。寝泊りするだけだとかなりオススメだが、部屋でゆっくりしたい人には、少し大きめの部屋が良いと思う。"

"リピーターです。リニューアルして楽しみに行きましたが、私は昔のはいむるぶしが好きでした。他のホテルにはないはいむるぶし独自のいい雰囲気が少なくなり、大人のリゾートという感じになってます。ホテル内の昼食はランチっぽいものもなく、軽食という感じです。夕食も選択肢があまりない。部屋は綺麗でした！そして相変わらず自然に囲まれた素敵な場所です。今後は色々改善されていく事を願います。"
