"My wife and I stayed at the property four nights. Arriving to the property was very easy via the hotel shuttle. It’s a quick ride to the hotel, about 25 minutes. The hotel staff were very warm and welcoming when we arrived, a short time before checkin. Anyone who did not speak English, found someone who did. "Convenient location ~ 5 min walk from the ferry terminal (which also has a bus stop for the shuttle bus from the airport). Standard (excellent) breakfast buffet. You can borrow a beach towel, and then just drop it in a bin in the lobby (very helpful for beach trips). Good wifi. Complimentary ice pops and juice available in the lobby. "

During our check-in, he found out it was our very 1st time visiting Ishigaki island so he gave us a very detailed guide & recommendations including: sunrise/sunset time, precautions for the ocean, island geography, etc. Best condensed 15-mins Ishigaki guide from a person living there that beats everything you could find online!
