"You cannot compare hostels run by the Israel Youth Hostels Association in Israel to general hostels. Private rooms with space for large families, clean dining facilities, etc. Really, the experience is a great one, especially when you're doing various roadtrips and hikes around the country. "We were within easy walking distance of shops, the water, and historical sites. Very friendly staff and historic building. Would stay again!"

"Everything great"

"Pool was not clean at all - too much dead bees inside as well as in-air trying to reach the pool The property itself was good with good facilities and so private"

"The breakfast was amazing."

"1) they are NOT of any HI international standard. The Staff had check in, spoke no English and over charged us! There is no shared kitchen or even a microwave to warm up a meal. We are paying to sleep, and if you cannot sleep, then what is the point of paying being at a place???There were a rowdy bunch of 100 + boys! The staff, had no curfew to shut them up. there were so noisy and everyone screamed and shouted to each other and ran ruckus in the corridors of the buildings - from 7pm till 3pm.....
