They were very helpful in retrieving my lost bag and supportive and flexible when our travel plans had changed due to bad storms and the typhoon. Spa is sensational. "The hotel was in a great location, the pool was closed due to it been off season but either way the hotel was clean, well equipped and the staff couldn’t have been for friendly and welcoming. they helped plan our h long bay day trip and we’re so accommodating with breakfast for us ready for the early trip. "We stayed for four nights in the Citidenes, it had a comfortable working space, is close to the boat tours, a great gym and yoga studio as well as two pools. They also have free bicycles for you to explore the town. We stayed in an apartment style room so cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend. "
