Staff were very helpful - especially helping us decipher the rules around street parking. Breakfast and pre-dinner drinks on the rooftop was incredible - especially sunset drinks. Even if there was parking in the description, our standard sedan couldn’t get into the parking and we were told that only car as Fiat Uno can. We had to pay 10Euro per parking day outside. "Overall good value for location and accommodation. Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay. Very very annoying and a massive disappointment not to buy a coffee in the morning. Nearest...

"What a truly amazing location. We enjoyed the cafe, museum and fruit market that was right next to the hotel. Walking the historic streets of Trapani really neat and the near by park has a Theater (Teatro Giuseppe Di Stefano) that hosts Opera during the summer and we were lucky enough to attend! "
