"Very patient and helpful to answer my questions about how to transfer at and commute to WUH airport. They offer free shuttle service between T2/T3 terminals. Very new property and building and rooms are pretty spacious. Vouched for my membership and offered free drinks. They guaranteed late checkout but I had an early flight so didn’t get a chance to enjoy that and breakfast, though. Overall, it’s a very good experience."

"Superb hotel in really convenient location with line 4 subway station right out front and attached to a mall with lots of dining options. I stayed in an executive suite which included washing machine and dryer. It was modern, spacious and clean with great views and large bathroom, kitchen and living space. Breakfast options were excellent and the staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful. Great hotel."
