Best location and great service. Chun Chang was extremely helpful and helped us navigated the hotel and services. She is very friendly and made everyone feeling home. Breakfast was very tasty with many variations, such as local food, both eastern and western food. Very happy with the stay.

The location is very convenient, with easy access to the city's main attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and came with complimentary bottled water. Most importantly, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One of the front desk staff members, whose last name is Zhao, provided excellent recommendations for transportation and must-see attractions. His helpful advice saved me a lot of time and made my trip much more enjoyable.

Very comfortable stay, great location and close to everything. Breakfast has a great spread and staff made hot food if requested. One of the front desk staff, John Tang, was very very helpful - right from checking in to changing our reservation to accommodate an early checkout. He spoke great English and went out of his way to help and advise us with our siteseeing actitivies. Muslim Quarter and Drum and Bell towers are in walking distance from the hotel. I would surely go back again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location to popular spots. However, the pool is for people age younger than 70; the bath tub drained badly; even after overnight, the puddle remained; the toilet didn't flush well.

What a great stay. We were in Xi'an for five days, visiting the city and area. The hotel is in a great location, just outside of the Muslim Quarter. A short two block walk brought us to an amazing market and food street. The hotel staff was great, heling us whenever we had questions or needs. The breakfast was outstanding with a mix of local snd western foods. Every place we went was a convenient DiDi ride away. We never had to wait more than 3 minutes for a ride. I will definitely stay here when I return to Xi'an.

Great location in the heart of Xi’an old city. A place where you can see the original old city life instead of the 10 years old fake historical buildings and palaces.

Good location and nice staffs

Location was good; near muslim quarter. Walk 10min to bell tower and clock tower. Shopping mall is around there. Best part is near a Wei Jia 24h restaurant and the metro station. Staffs were friendly and nice; especially Spring Chang and the front counters. Gym was old; the swimming pool is shared with the public. Overall good hotel.

The room was clean and spacious and the staff were attentive. The hotel is located right in the centre of Xi'an close to many of the major sites (the Muslim quarter and the Bell and Drum towers). It's also next to a subway station although taking didis everywhere is pretty cheap. Overall I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is old but it's generally nice and very close to the metro station and a market street, it's easy to buy your meals nearby with a lot of delicious food to offer! Coming from Singapore, Don't worry guys, in summer the AC works well! I can't say for other hotels but this one is good! Hahaha! Oh and one honourable mention! There is an tourism office located in the hotel itself, they are extremely helpful and can help you find the fastest way and book your tours and give you the best recommendations. They are very warm and very friendly! Look out for the lady named Zhou Rong! She is really helpful and friendly!
