２泊で利用しました。空港からも車で20分ほどと近く、アクセスしやすいです。部屋のアメニティーも必要なものは全て揃っており、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。部屋にティーセットが置いてあったのも、個人的にはとてもポイントが高いです。朝食のバイキングも、とても種類が豊富で国籍問わず満足出来ると思います。滞在中ちょっとしたハプニングがありましたが、その後のホテル側の対応が素晴らしく、結果として満足度が下がることなく、滞在を終えることが出来ました。 個人的には、部屋がむしろ広すぎて？満喫しきれなかったです(笑) 次回また厦門に来るときは、ここ一択ですね！

Very nice rooms but service needs to improve

The hotel rooms were big and clean, with a lovely bath tub. However, despite that we had asked for a non smoking floor, there was a smell of smoke in the corridors two days in a row. Also, the room service is extremely slow. When we complained, the staff were indeed accommodating and tried to make our stay more pleasant by offering us wine and cake. In general, when it comes to service, the attention to detail isn’t there so if you’re looking for a five star hotel experience, you might be disappointed. The location isn’t central but it’s only a 15 minute taxi ride to the centre and taxis are very affordable. Most staff spoke some English so we were able to communicate fairly easily.

這次是我第二次住宿, 入住行政房型, 體驗了行政酒廊的happy hour. 酒廊提供了許多精緻餐點, 並且景觀很好, 可以直接看到無敵海景. 而且還巧遇了某位電視劇的演員, 真的幸運. 早餐廳菜色樣式更多, 特別是沙茶麵口味真是一絕, 對比其他有提供沙茶麵的凱悅, 威斯汀等酒店, 華邑的特別好吃. 行政房型內面積夠大, 有一大片玻璃窗, 夜晚可看到美美的海滄大橋以及寬闊的海景. 附近景點缺乏, 距離海滄知名的阿羅海廣場還有段距離, 這是比較欠缺的部分. 下次有機會再來體驗入住吧!
