Wüste Kunersdorf Trip

Everything was great except the shower. The shower head was too low and not enough pressure/water coming out of the shower head. The bathroom could be updated a little. Other than that, the place was amazing.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

It was an ok 3 stat hostel.

We reported a beeping coming from the ice or vending machine. We had to listen to it all night as no one came to investigate or fix it. Our room was not very clean. There was hair around the sink and on the floor in the bathroom.

The first morning . I woke up the door lock malfunctioned I was locked in on my room had call front desk they sent security his master key would not unlike the door he had to call engineer to break in the room to let me out they had to replace the entire lock
