"Excellent stay. It’s comfortable, convenient and had great service. I had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Place New Taipei. The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained, with spacious rooms that is very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the room felt quiet and relaxing after a long day out. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and a nearby shopping mall, making it a great base for exploring New Taipei and Taipei city. What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and any questions I had were handled efficiently. Overall, Hyatt Place New Taipei offers great value, comfort, and reliability. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travellers."

"Excellent choice for a first timer in Taiwan with kids! The hotel is walking distance to Xpark (2nd floor) and also it has a sky bridge to the outlet malls. Its also very convenient to get to the THSR since they have a shuttle that goes there. After traveling 19 hours, this place is perfect!"

"Checked in the very early morning due to an early flight coming in. Our room wasn’t ready til 3pm so from 5:30 am to 3 pm we had to hang around the hotel because nothing was opened. Went into the breakfast buffet restaurant in the lobby which opened at 7am and dining was an excellent experience. The variety of food was amazing! My family and I love this buffet and we ate here every morning. Concierge was so nice and helpful. They were always there to answer your questions and very accommodating and attentive. The hotel also provides a shuttle to certain areas of sightseeing drop off. Just need to follow their schedule of pick up times. I would definitely recommend this hotel to future travelers."
