"Lack of information about services I.e. the restaurant choices, who is eligible to access to executive lounge. No hotel map can be found. Lack of training in customer service from staffs. Not every greeter open the door for the customers when you tried to get in and get out the car. The receptionists are very passive, lack of knowledge about the hotel. The executive room is small. No much western food choices, no cheese, no hot oatmeal, no bananas, salads dressing is Chinesenized, Italian dressing tastes like soy sauce, Omelette tastes like sponge. Bakeries don’t taste freshly made. Overall, if that hotel considers as five star hotel, in my opinion, it is over rated."

"The stay was nice, but further away from the city center than I thought. The staff was very friendly and wonderful to work with. They were willing to hail a cab and give the driver directions. The breakfast buffet was okay, a little bit of Chinese and Western foods - more Chinese than Western, but still it was nice not to have to worry about finding a restaurant."
