great location for Wroclaw

We really enjoyed our stay here. The reception staff were friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. Breakfast was a selection of meats and salad with various types of bread but no pastries like croissants.

The hotel and room was good. Breakfast was good enough for us and we did not miss anything. The hotel is by walking distance to the centre. However, the girl in the reception was not that friendly.

Lovely clean and comfortable room. A great breakfast was included making it easy to set off for the day. Easy access to the train station, eating out places and the old town. The only thing to be aware of is that reception is only open for standard daytime working hours.

This was a gem of a find & totally suited to our needs. The breakfast was basic but good. Unfortunately, they had electrical problems shortly after we checked in and the AC went out for the remainder of our stay. Not fun when we had hot nights

Nice hotel

Nice hotel. However the decor is very plain, borderline boring. Clean and spacious room. Noisy from the trams, but with closed windows it was OK. Mini fridge, kettle and assortment of teas nice touch. Bottled water also provided. Breakfast was good. Not a huge selection but adequate. Good coffee. Good location- we walked pretty much everywhere and even used the trams once, which easy using the navigation. Short distance to the main square. Lots of shopping and food options around.

Great value for the money

Great value for the money. Location is brilliant, easy to access, rooms are clean and beds relatively comfy. I would have appreciated a clean towel at some point during my stay- leaving the dirty one on the floor just got it gone. Breakfast was alright, I managed to get my stomach full even as a vegan. The girl with darker, braided hair in the reception was awesome; very helpful and friendly. The rest not so much, could use some training for customer service.

Nice clean spacious room. Included fridge, kettle. Great location less than 10 minutes walk to the old town square. Near to the railway station. Some great bars/restaurants within the arches of the railway bridge just at the end of the road. Convenience store next door. Reception not staffed after 6pm so need a key code to get in. Same code to access your room. Only negative was the room was too hot due to underfloor heating. Didn't seem to be a way of turning it down. Had to open a window which ment you felt a draft and outside noise.

Not bad but could be better

With a little more effort and some maintenance this could be a very nice hotel, but it felt like the staff has given up. Location is very good though, easy to reach with public transport from every corner of the city. Room was suprisingly big. Breakfast was so and so. Coffee machine is a nightmare and needs to be replaced. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to everyone, but would probably stay again if the price was right.

Close to the train station and Wroclavia shopping centre. Room was a bit tired looking with water damage to bathroom door trim. Floor towel had a big rip in it. Bar not in operation during our visit.

The room we had was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. We had to leave for an early train and they made arrangement for a decent to-go breakfast that we could pick up the evening before. There were just some minor things in the bathroom that could use repair. The thing we like about the hotel is mostly the location. It’s walkable from/to the train station and the old town. The tram-stops were right by the hotel so we were able to use the trams for farther away tourist attractions.

Arriving late, but CheckIn was no problem. We received a cado for the entrance & room. The room was already ready & the keys where inside. Parking in the street was free because it was Saturday & after 6pm. Breakfast was not a highlight but okay.

Room was lovely. But found a mouldy piece of fruit in the drawer and things from previous guests.....could not get hold of staff after 6, no answer on the numbers provided as we needed another key (we were only provided with one) breakfast not great, hot dog sausages, warm egg and mixed vegetables. Asked the breakfast staff for ice and was told no and she walked off, no smile no manners....no good morning from them at breakfast, didnt even look at us...rude. rooms not cleaned once in 3 nights, beds not made, clean towels given after one night only. Had to ask for toilet roll, no milk with the tea and coffee. Not 4 start by any means. However the room was nice.

Value for money

Hotel is located easy 15 min walk from old town square. Hotel itself is quiet (couldn’t hear neighbours or ppl above, just done light footsteps), but tram noise notable: def can’t have window open but not necessary as a/c is good. Room is large, amenities including tea/coffee (but not milk), water which was replaced. Shower gel and shampoo and vanity/sewing kits also replaced. Fridge is handy, no safe. There is a persistent buzzing noise, not sure if this is a/c but both this and tram noise drowned out with white noise but would recommend ear plugs for when trans start again in the morning. Things that could be better: more hooks or railing in the bathroom, more hangers (only 4 in room), more secure luggage storage as only behind desk which isn’t always manned. I don’t normally have hotel breakfasts, this one seemed fine as included in price and staff were pleasant and efficient in the breakfast room. Overall, happy with the stay, and grateful for the close walk to the station for my next destination.

Chambre spacieuse, hôtel bien placé. Cependant il y a des lacunes au niveau du menage. Dans la chambre il y avait un paillasson devant la porte de la salle de bain, il servait a cacher les traces de javel sur la moquette Dans un placard il y avait encore un sac plastique et une cuillère Sale d'un ancien client. Le tapis de bain ainsi que les deux serviettes pour la douche avaient quelques années d'existence, ils étaient effilochés et troués. comme la salle de bain n'est pas ventilée , les serviettes ne sèchent pas et les femmes de ménage ne les changent pas, donc le deuxième jour on s'essuie avec des serviettes humides J'espère que mon commentaire fera bouger les choses, car je trouve ça déplacé pour un 3 etoiles J'ai pris des photos mais je n'arrive pas à les intégrer ace message.
