The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, placing us right in the heart of everything we wanted to explore. What really made our stay special, however, was the breakfast; the quality and variety of the food were truly amazing each morning. Beyond the facilities, the staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. I genuinely loved the people there—they provided such warm, attentive service that made our trip memorable. The location is perfect, right on the main square. Our room had a beautiful view of the square. A mini fridge would be a welcome addition. Breakfast is expensive and not that great. Overall all though I recommend it.

The hotel itself was in a good location. However, we booked a city-view room and were not assigned one upon arrival. The reception staff advised that even when a city-view room is booked, it may not always be available, which was disappointing. If a specific room type or view is important to you, it may be worth confirming this with the hotel before your stay.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, making checking in and out very straightforward. A security desk in the lobby is manned 24 hours, as is reception. That area is well lit, with comfortable seating. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade but we'd travelled with a group of friends and all 3 rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious and cleaned daily. Tea and coffee were provided too but unfortunately it seems milk isn't routinely, which was a disappointment, but by no means a significant issue. The bed was clean and very comfortable, there was plenty of wardrobe and hanging space and the shower room was lovely. The rooms were quiet too, even though the hotel is in a perfect location to get around in the city centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay there again.

Excellent location right in the Rynek (old town square). Very good price. Very modern and clean. The only negative is the bathroom light turns on and off by motion detection, so if you're sitting on the toilet or you're in the glass shower the bathroom light turns off because it doesn't detect motion. I had to keep the bathroom door open while showering to avoid showering in pitch black, and had to wave my arm around every 20 seconds when taking longer on the toilet. The AC only comes on when the room light is switched on, so there's no way to sleep with the AC on unless you leave the light on all night. Also the TV remote didn't work, so I couldn't watch TV. I didn't bother calling the front desk about it.

Recently redeveloped hotel with clean modern spaces. Perfectly located on main square, with views over central Wroclaw. Good breakfast supplied. Wroclaw holds rvents in the square so you may have concert stage out the front with noise, but all over by 10pm.
