I am so sorry you had a bad experience. I did see you in house review and replied to it. If you had come to the desk or called, I easily could have moved your room. The hot water issue was the handle was on backward, so hot was cold and the opposite.. I have contacted a plumber to come and make sure everything is on the way it should be. The alarm clock and usb ports simply did not work because the were not plugged in. I have talked with housekeeping to make sure they are checking these things when they are cleaning. I am so sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us.
