The absolute WORSE manager/owner I’ve ever encountered. The breakfast was disgusting with very little options for seating. The pool was the only good part of the whole stay. The rooms were so small & the bathroom was impossible to do anything in. The tv was static and didn’t work at all. The fridge wasn’t cold. The beds were hard and disgusting. There were people smoking outside of our room and you can see headlights through the curtains. We couldn’t even continue our stay here as they told us to leave because we had 1 extra person. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Find a different one!! The location is horrible and isn’t close to anything. Disgusting, nasty, and horrible service. 0/10!!!

Some towels had stains in them, and we found a boxer shorts left in the room, probably from the previous Guest. Staff was amazing and friendly. Besides that minor incident, the rooms were neat, had all the amenities, fridges, iron board etc

Watch your drivers license
The only issued I had was the fact that the person at the desk kept my driver’s license. When I checked in that night it was late and I was tired from working all day then traveling half the night. Usually I leave the key cards in the room and leave but since we went down to eat breakfast I gave them over to the new attendant and asked if he needed anything else from me. He said yea and proceeded to get my room receipt and handed me my drivers license. I asked him why they kept them he informed me it was policy or something to that effect. A little hard to understand him. So if you stay here for one night and late checking in. Make sure that they do not keep your licenses. I am hoping my identity is not stolen. That is why I did not give this place a 5 star. Everything else was great. Room was clean. Beds was comfortable. Walls are very thin and you hear everything. Pretty sure someone was smoking or vaping marijuana. U can smell when we first got up to our room but was not able to smell it the next morning. Also if a place is going to charge a deposit than it needs to be given back after the room as been clean and the staff verity’s that there was no damage to the room.

This property is excellent. Although most people may pass it by as “ low budget”, whether it’s a travel stop or a weekend away you can’t beat the value for the price, including the incredible salt water pool. I’ve stayed at other properties and paid up to 3x the nightly rate.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences with hotel lodging. The place smells like marijuana, and is not clean. The front desk offers no help. Just very very disappointed and would absolutely not recommend… we literally put our bags in the room, went out to dinner, then left the hotel 2 hours later. We did not stay the night. I’ll never book here again.

Dear Joshu.We Felt sorry When you Came to desk to check out Because of " FAMILY EMERGENCY".you didn't mentation anything about bug, we use pest control service to treat our room every month.But we had a experience in past that some guest come for hour or two use the room as they need and come to check out and give false excuse for refund.

If you are on a budget, it's a good value for the price! If you want to stay for a long time, I might suggest a more expensive place. The room was in need of an upgrade; heater thermostat didn't work correctly, made room too hot. The room sink was clean but showed it's age. Breakfast was prepared well and hot, but turkey sausage and scrambled eggs wasn't my favorite. The pool was well maintained, warm, and clean. I would stay there again.

I needed a room on the ground with grab bars in shower. The staff person may have gone overboard with one that would have benefitted somone who had a wheelchair in the shower. It was very thoughtful, but not needed.

No elevator!!!!!!! Was not told when making reservation! I was with my 76 year old mother who has COPD so how could she climb 2 flights of stairs??? I have 4 heart diseases and lungs are damage how could I climb 2 flights of stairs?? Then we don't smoke with our lung problems they said we requested a smoking room NO WE DID NOT I've requested a refund since we did not stay they never responded to my repeated request
