The only minor issue (tongue in cheek) was whenever you engaged the Manage in conversation you needed 20 minutes.
She was an Absolute Character.

"The room was very clean but overall in a very tired condition, especially the shower. Although situated on a main road, it was quiet, which was surprising. The golf club is a 10min walk away & although also needs a revamp, the food was good & reasonably priced. They are currently renovating the restaurant at the hotel so it wasn’t open but hopefully once that’s done, they move onto the rooms. However I would definitely stay there again as it was convenient. "
