"Bugs in room and coming out of drain … brown water coming out of tub faucet. They finally put us in a different room which had no TV. Well it had a TV but it didn’t work. They acted like it was our fault and asked if he wanted to change rooms again… we ended up checking out and leaving early. So so so dirty this place has really gone downhill . Front desk manager was rude and unhelpful - I don’t ever leave reviews but this one was ridiculous "

"The property is nice, but dated. I only had a fridge in my room…and the pillow were very flat. Beautiful view of downtown or the mountains. Finally it’s right downtown great for walking around."

"About all I liked about the room was the heated toilet seat. The view was of the dirt cut out of the hill behind the hotel when they built it. A cliff about 10' from the windows. The furnishings were bad. On one of the chairs the arms would pull off when you moved it. The service at the restaurant was terrible. The sausage was cold but the plate was warm not hot, I had to get up twice to get more coffee. Wouldn't eat there again. "

"This wasn't the first time we stayed here, but this stay was just as wonderful as the few times prior! Staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. I work late nights and a couple times after I was finished, I went down to the lobby to get some coffee and enjoyed having a conversation or two with Stevie, the gentleman who works the front desk. The free breakfast was absolutely delicious! Quite unique to this property, they also have an evening cocktail and supper hour for all the guests to enjoy and it is absolutely complimentary! Anytime we need to stay in a hotel, it will always be the Drury! Thank you staff for a great stay"

"Breakfast is minimal. But since I don’t eat breakfast, that’s good. Coffee was awesome. The room was great. I will definitely be looking at more Sparks by Hilton when I travel to stay in and I would definitely stay at this one again."

"The rooms are spacious and clean. Great view from our window. We were passing through and wanted to visit Garden of the Gods. We found the hotel close to the interstate and also very close to Garden of the Gods. Am very happy we booked a return stay as we head back home. "
