The pool top feature was why we stayed here, and why we would go back

The Omni is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, which we really appreciated. The rooms were nice and the overall hotel had a classy feel. That said, it definitely was not a quiet stay. We could hear a lot of noise, and there was construction happening inside the hotel during our visit. The valet service was convenient, but the valet attendant could have been friendlier. For the price and reputation, I expected a bit more. Still, the proximity to everything made the stay enjoyable overall.

Requested early check in and was promised a room by 3:30. Our room was not ready until nearly 4;50 p.m.

The property was small but very nice clean.. some of the lamps were damaged but over all amazing

My friend and I stayed at this property for 3 nights and we have zero complaints about the staff and the hotel itself. Kerry, who checked us in, was accommodating and very nice. He and another gentleman gave us restaurant suggestions that turned out to be great. I recommended this hotel to another friend before checking out! Will definitely stay here again.
