Update restrooms fixtures, Laundry needs maintenance/cleaning. I'm staying for a month and only get 2 times cleaning in my room I have to ask in the front desk for toilet paper and soap

Staff was nice. The front desk guy put me in a non-smoking room because I didn’t realize I hadn’t picked non-smoking. I was traveling out of state for a family emergency and just needed a place to crash. The room was clean too.
