Room was okay, clean enough. Towels in the bathroom had black spots, shower has seen some better days, missing grab bars, scuffed and stained tub. Best Western NSU Inn
Had a terrible experience with the booking. Won’t stay in your hotel again. Hotel itself was fine, but did have an issue with the front desk clerk not answering the phone. In addition to terrible service with Best Western reservations.
