For a budget friendly overnight option this hotel fit the bill. Very basic. It seemed clean enough but they need to replace the mattress pad under the fitted sheet as we could see various dark stains through it. They do allow dogs so we did hear a dog yipping, in the room next to ours, quite awhile ...
