"I am extremely disappointed that, despite having booked and paid for accommodation through my business for a vulnerable person, and having received a booking confirmation, the accommodation was not available upon arrival. When we arrived at the property, we were informed that Expedia had double-booked the accommodation and that no room was available for us. As a result, I spent my entire Friday evening urgently searching for alternative accommodation to ensure that this vulnerable person did not have to sleep on the street. This situation caused significant stress, inconvenience, and disruption, particularly given the vulnerable circumstances of the individual concerned. I had relied on the confirmed booking and expected that the accommodation I had paid for would be available. The failure to honour the booking placed both myself and the person I was supporting in an unacceptable position."

"This is a lovely little country motel - highway one side and railway the other but surprisingly quiet. There was everything a traveller could need - microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery - even a camp kitchen with a BBQ and Fridge - probably needs a bit of TLC but nonetheless a good facility. There was a new vanity in the bathroom and obviously renovations are underway but not yet finished with lovely new tapware and a fantastic shower head. As with most motels the pillows were not the best and there were no extra pillows in the cupboard. Overall a good stay at a reasonable price."

"Easy and good stay here. Clean and good sized room with a small balcony area which was nice for fresh air. Swam in the pool! Friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again."
