Room was lovely, quiet and super clean. Bed was very comfortable. It was difficult to warm the room but I managed in the end.

Nice friendly staff, fantastic location. Good value for money.

Excellent facilities, great friendly staff

The hotel is based in a beautiful villa on the moat just outside the city centre of Middelburg, a lovely location to spend a few days in. There is ample private parking, and our room, in the new extension, was tastefully decorated and well equipped. The spacious bathroom had a bath and shower. The continental breakfast buffet was excellent. We would have liked an outside light to enjoy the patio in the evening and the switch for the central light was in the corridor. A beautiful property to stay at. Lovely room And facilities. Fantastic staff. Lovely gardens & chickens too! Would love to come again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are amazing and very clean. The hotel is in a quiet area which we liked. The food is also amazing, as are the staff. The staff were all very helpful and were very accommodating, especially as we don’t speak fluent Dutch. We are already planning our next stay at Christmas! Lovely spacious room and briljant sjouwer space. Super easy access to station and centre of town. Very lovely staff.

Great location- good for a one night stay. Room clean and tidy but on the small side

The B&B is a short 15 minute walk from Middelburg train station and very easy to find. The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming, offering suggestions for restaurants, pubs and general areas of interest - even providing us with discount vouchers for the local museum! The room itself is nicely decorated and had a wonderfully comfortable bed. Everything was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast was plentiful and appetising - something to get up early for! Overall a very relaxing...

Lovely place!

Very cool place, a hotel in the old building of the sailors' school. The building breathes nautical history, yet it has all the modern elements you'd expect from a hotel. We loved this place !
