The August House had a lovely ambiance and the staff were fantastic. This was our second visit and we would return again.

Very welcoming hosts and comfortable stay. Set up encouraged guests to eat together for breakfast which we liked and had good conversation. Near enough to walk into main street.

A spacious, ckean room. The sfaff were friendly a d very welcoming. Our evening meal in the restaurant was outstanding, breakfast was superb. Ample parking.

Wonderful historic building. Really big comfortable room with lots of antique touches. Breakfast was delicious! Great coffee and blueberry rolls. Great location and friendly owners.

Lovely spot by the water. Surprised that with the provision of a kitchen with fridge etc there was no cutlery to eat the breakfast goods we brought with us. Bathroom was clean but incredibly small and the door on it did not close. They have a good set-up but some of the finer details were lacking.

Plenty of parking room close to doors. Staff extremely friendly and happy to help. Every time housekeeping had been in my room it was spotless and fresh. Nice and quiet location, I would definitely stay again

Great location and a good standard of room. We were advised that there is limited overnight car parking in Wolfville so we elected to pay to park at the property in the underground garage. Perhaps it's a little pricey but having the car so close made it a lot easier. Nice location and great staff

Easy and quick check in

This was a great stop during a road trip. A solid choice; a good room and decent breakfast. I would definitely stay again

Friendly staff easy check in location great

We enjoyed staying here. Our room was very clean, comfortable, well-maintained and well-appointed. We had a full kitchen which included a dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, saucepans, cutlery and crockery. There was a dining table with room to seat four. There was free wifi and a flat screen cable tv. The bathroom had a bath with a shower over it and there was plenty of very hot water. Shampoo, conditioner and soap were provided along with lots of...

Stayed in 2 different rooms, ensuite motel room was modern, clean, well appointed, but a dripping noise in the wall did affect my sleep. Stayed 2 nights in Borden house, full of character and a great big bed, but kitchen had few amenities, small coffee machine, microwave and a big fridge/freezer, no kettle to make tea, no stove to heat food. Nice indoor pool and IR sauna, jacuzzi outside looked inviting but water was a bit murky.
