Hotel Diament Arsenal Palace Katowice/Chorzów
Hotel Diament Arsenal Palace Katowice/Chorzów"The breakfast buffet is outstanding. The pool, steam room, hot tub, and sauna room were very relaxing. Only problem was I showed up at 1:15pm and check in was 2pm. The girl at front desk told me I had to wait. I sat in lobby and watched 3 people check in while I was waiting. Then a 4th person came and I ended up going to another girl and she checked me right away at 10 minutes to 2pm. "
"The hotel is good , whenever I am in Katowice I stay there, They have to provide un-slippery stripes or mat in the bathtub, the sauna shower need to clean the drain traps it blocks easily after minute of showering the water flow over the place. The staff every where are very friendly and very nice , helpful . I will go again."
"TVs are terrible. Only plugs in the room were on the opposite side of the beds. Useless at night. Beds are awful. Sleeping on a concrete bench would have been more comfortable."

"Very basic old hotel, almost a motel style. The only reason to stay here is due to lack of other choices in the city. Overall we had good experience, just the hotel class is below most others we’ve stayed in. Location is central and convenient, also next to the train station. Unfortunately we also had an issue with the A/C unit making loude noise every few minutes."
