Great stay at Lakeshore Lodge, Isabelle Lake. Amazing location right by the lake, very peaceful and beautiful views. The rooms are large, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had a great stay – the place was clean and the atmosphere very friendly. Unfortunately, there were no dishes or cutlery available, which made cooking and eating a bit tricky. However, there were grills and charcoal provided on-site, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a pleasant experience with just a few small things to keep in mind.

Couple with dog.

Wasn’t clear that we needed to check in at a different location. Would be useful to have that information in the confirmation we got from Hotels.com. When our key didn’t open the door the woman at reception got into her car and drove over to our room with us to help. She was friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable even though the building is old. There was one bar of soap but no shampoo or conditioner. The drive to the lake was spectacular.

The hotel doesn't have a front desk on site. You have to check in a couple blocks down. The hotel rooms are in the middle of an area of homes. It was confusing to find. Outside: The property is lacking upkeep. Cobwebs and trash throughout. Spiders outside room and inside. Cobwebs all over windows, entry door and some in bathroom. Broken appliances outside the room. Inside the room: It was clean. The floor was very soft in areas and the flooring was lifting.It seems there was water damage previously that has not been addressed. I wondered if it was unsafe walking over it. The bathroom needs to be cleaned better. The cleaning lady knocked on our door asking us when we were leaving- that was weird. Overall, I would not stay here again.

The location was nice. The inside of the hotel was clean. The problem I had was the AC didn’t work. I had to buy two fans just to keep the room cool the temperature in that area is always around 100° my room temperature was 89° with the fans it brought it down to 80°, which is still very uncomfortable to sleep in. Also, the water came out out of the sink, yellow, and there was very little water pressure when taking a shower
