Absolutely stunning location. Received a beautiful greeting and goodbye from the owners. Bought and enjoyed some Devi produced made on the property. Beautifully kept cottage. Highly recommend and would visit again. Much love Taralee orchards

This place was gorgeous. Very quiet and secluded. Had a great time wandering the farm and nearby parks. We bought some dried fruit and relish that was produced on site and that was delicious too.

I enjoyed my stay here. A great self-contained studio with everything I needed. I had a lovely rural outlook from the deck. Not far from town but NI is not a big island. They supplied a mobile with some credit for emergencies or i local calls. You definitely need a car wherever you stay.

Nice getaway
Fantastic place to get away from it all. Very comfortable home with great views of the orchard. This was a one night stop over so did not get to explore much of the property. We would go back and spend longer another time. Lots of Kangaroos to be seen at dusk. Lovely wood fire which heated the house well. You need to make sure you take your supplies as closest shops about 10km away.

The owners were very friendly and the cottage was ver well equipped. The view of the apricot orchard fr the deck and the whole cottage was lovely.

This is a maginficent place to spend a few days away from everything. Just relax and unwind AND the stars really do come out at night. Let's hope that one day the roads are improved a little but this should not adversely affect your stay Thanks Heaps Paul & Renae

Beautiful and peaceful
A beautiful peaceful location, great space for the kids to play. Only 10mins from Wirrabara, 20 from Laura, but secluded enough to feel much further away. The nursery around the corner is a beautiful spot for a picnic. The cottage was great, and having the laundry was a bonus too (small kids in cloth nappies, plus we went to the beach). The rooms were big, beds were comfortable and beautiful views all around the balcony. Good air conditioning too, it was pretty hot when we were there. Our 3 yo loved hearing and seeing the geese roaming the orchard too!

Quiet, private and beautiful location. Cosy and homely house, well equipped.suitable for couple or family. Sitting on the deck overlooking orchard in Ruby cottage was wonderful.

We didn’t get to spend a lot of time here as it was a stop through but if we ever come back we would definitely stay again. Great spot for children, and while they were able to entertain themselves we were able to relax. It’s a serene location, beautiful and quiet. The combustion heater was a highlight. Nothing beats a warm fire on a winter night.

Yes, we have had that difficulty before. Forest Road seems to confuse Google, and shows either the campground or the Forestry HQ. I have attempted to correct, though unsuccessful. Thanks for staying, and hope travels go well.

The property was secluded and out of the way for a quiet peaceful weekend, wish we had more time the to enjoy that. The cleanest accommodation I have ever stayed in. Only fault (not the owners fault) if using Google Maps to find it use the property name and not the addressd, about 5km difference.

Beautiful location
We loved everything about our stay at Taralee. Its a great spot right in Wirrabara Forest. Value for money is fantastic and the hosts are very friendly.
